Your comment on the laundry room issue comes to our attention and we would like to explain that this 24 hours free laundry self service is provided to all in house guest on daily basis, this laundry room is unmanned but right next to the reception desk, if in house guest inquire any assistance, our receptionist is always willing to help. There are total 9 international brand washer and dryer machines available in the laundry room which is considered as the most convenience one in town and we are planning to purchase two extra machines for guests’ needs. Moreover, the peak time for this laundry room is normally from 7:00am to 10:00am and from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, in this case, if you are in the hurry to leave, please look for assistance from reception which is just a step away from the laundry room.
